The Role
We're looking for a Calibration Sales Coordinator to help develop and grow our calibration sales.
This is an office-based role where you'll become the main point of contact for customers arranging calibration of their instruments. You'll manage enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and coordinate calibration bookings, ensuring customers receive a professional service from start to finish.
Alongside supporting existing customers, you'll reconnect with previous Pulsar customers, encouraging them to return for calibration while identifying opportunities for new product sales where appropriate.
We're not looking for someone with years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and eager to learn. We'll provide the training needed to develop your sales skills, product knowledge and confidence, giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage calibration enquiries by phone and email.
· Prepare and follow up quotations using NetSuite.
· Arrange calibration bookings and coordinate work with the service team.
· Maintain accurate customer records within our ERP system.
· Build relationships with existing and previous Pulsar customers.
· Use LinkedIn to identify customer movements and uncover new sales opportunities.
· Suggest improvements to help develop our customer experience and processes.
What We’re Looking For
· Good communication skills, both over the phone and by email.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and quotations while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
· A proactive approach, with the confidence to follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
· Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
· A genuine drive to learn, take ownership and continuously improve the way we work.
· Previous experience in customer service, sales support or an office-based role.
