Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Pupil Welfare Officer, with experience of working in a school attendance role, to join the Academys successful and hard working attendance team.

We seek to appoint an experienced candidate who has:
- Experience of working directly with children and families to improve attendance outcomes and a knowledge of school attendance legislation.
- Drive, enthusiasm, resilience, warmth and a sense of humour
- Full UK driving license and access to vehicle for work purposes.

Working Requirements: 37 hours per week, term time only + 10 Inset days
(08.00am 4.00pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 3.30pm)
Salary: SO2 FTE £37615 - £39,401 - Term Time Equivalent £33,639 - £35,236
