As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking food to Travelodge brand standards

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices

Managing stock, food storage and reducing waste

Supporting with food ordering and stock rotation

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service

Working closely with the Kitchen Bar Café team to deliver a great guest experience
This is a part-time role, with the majority of shifts scheduled between 5:00pm and 11:00pm. There will also be the occasional morning shift from 7:00am until 11:30am/12:00pm, so some flexibility is required.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing great food, and works well as part of a team.
