We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Assistant Manager to join the team at The Railway — a busy gastro pub known for quality food, great service, pizzas, burgers, cocktails, and a fast-paced but friendly atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub
- Leading shifts and motivating the team
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Helping manage stock, labour, and standards
- Training and developing staff
- Supporting events, busy services, and operational improvements
- Working closely with the GM and kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or supervisor experience in hospitality
- Confident leading a team during busy services
- Strong people and communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Passion for food, drinks, and hospitality
- Someone who leads from the front and gets stuck in
