Part time: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08:15 to 13:00. Tuesday and Thursday 08:15 to 16:30

Lancaster Road Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Attendance Officer to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for a vibrant individual who can work effectively with pupils, families, staff, and external agencies to promote excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our children to access the very best education and opportunities through regular school attendance.
We are looking for someone who:

- Can build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals

About Our School
Lancaster Road Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the heart of Morecambe, just a short walk from the town centre and beautiful coastline.
We are currently a three-form entry primary school and are beginning an exciting transition to a two-form entry school, creating opportunities to further strengthen our close-knit community and personalised approach to supporting children and families.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
- Hold a minimum of GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics<
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for home visits where required
Desirable Qualifications
- Training in safeguarding, child protection, or early help processes
