We’re looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic and experienced Cafe All-Rounder to join our exciting brand-new cafe!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves great food, great coffee and creating a positive atmosphere for customers. We’re looking for someone who will bring energy, fresh ideas and personality to the role and help us make this new cafe a real success.
☕ THE ROLE
Our cafe is based within a busy commercial building, serving customers throughout the day. We can get very busy during office breaks and lunchtime, so you’ll need to be confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great service.
The role will include:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Barista coffee making
- Preparing and serving food
- Front of house and customer service
- Coming up with fresh ideas for daily specials and menu items
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Working as part of a small team
- Being confident working independently when required
The role will be across two sites, which are within easy walking distance of each other.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in food preparation/cooking
- Has good barista skills and coffee knowledge
- Is confident, friendly, bubbly and enthusiastic
- Can work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Understands food hygiene and is clean and tidy
- Is comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Has a genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Is creative and enjoys bringing new ideas and specials to the menu
- Takes pride in their work and enjoys providing excellent customer service
- Is reliable, organised and has a positive attitude
WORKING HOURS
Monday–Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
No weekends.
No bank holidays.
Overtime is also available when covering staff holidays.
