Role description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, guiding cross-functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
1. Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
1. Remove obstacles and impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery.
1. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
1. Track sprint progress and team performance using Agile metrics and reporting tools.
1. Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
1. Support teams in delivering high-quality products within agreed timelines.
1. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
1. Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices across projects.
1. Work closely with leadership to drive Agile transformation initiatives.
