Summary
'The Runaway Cafe' is seeking a Temporary Assistant Manager to join our team from June to September in Lewes. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service, aligning with our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations during the temporary period.
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage customer relations and address any concerns promptly.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years food handling and barista experience.
- Proven management and supervisory experience in the catering trade

- Strong time management skills.
