Food Safety & Quality Auditor

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a Food Safety & Quality Auditor to join our Technical team. You'll help maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do

Conduct internal food safety and quality audits.

Support customer, BRCGS and regulatory audits.
-
Monitor product quality and factory standards.
-
Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
-
Complete traceability exercises and compliance checks.

Support HACCP, hygiene and quality management systems.

Provide technical guidance to operational teams.
About You
-
Experience within food manufacturing, quality or technical functions.
-
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality systems.
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience auditing processes and driving improvements.
Desirable
-
HACCP qualification.
-
Food Hygiene qualification.
-
BRCGS knowledge.
-
Ready-to-Eat (RTE) or high-risk food manufacturing experience.
