Duties

- Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Help coordinate public relations activities to promote brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns aligned with organisational goals
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies
- Support the organisation of online events or promotions to increase audience participation
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media management and digital communication
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Basic understanding of public relations principles and online reputation management
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in social media or public relations roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills through training sessions and mentorship programmes
