Responsibilities

- Oversee merchandising efforts by organizing displays, managing stock levels, and implementing promotional strategies to attract customers
- Handle administrative duties including inventory management, cash handling, record keeping, and reporting sales data accurately
- Foster positive relationships with customers, volunteers, donors, and community partners through excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, store policies, and charity guidelines at all times
- Organize volunteer schedules and provide training to enhance team performance and engagement
Skills
- Strong management experience with a proven track record in supervising teams within a retail or charity environment
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff and volunteers
- Good communication skills
