In this role, you will oversee treasury operations across our global business, including cash management, banking relationships, working capital reporting, and intercompany cash movements. You'll also play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Finance and Operations teams worldwide.

What You'll Do

Manage global treasury operations, including cash positioning, banking activities, cash movements, and intercompany settlements.

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on global cash flow, working capital, DSO, DPO, Cash Conversion Cycle, KPIs, and other financial metrics for executive leadership.

Monitor worldwide cash balances and provide recommendations to optimize liquidity and working capital.

Lead treasury improvement initiatives, including NetSuite banking enhancements, automated payment processing, and bank reconciliation automation.

Maintain strong financial controls over global payment processes and support standardized treasury procedures across the organization.

Prepare treasury journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules while ensuring reconciling items are resolved promptly.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Manage banking relationships, account administration, and global intercompany receivables and payables.

Prepare reporting on worldwide intercompany balances to support cash flow planning and financial accuracy.

Develop and improve financial reporting, accounting processes, and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Perform financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reports that support informed business decisions.

Partner with Operations, Project Managers, and the Accounts Receivable team to provide financial guidance and support business performance.

Assist with internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.

Support special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance organization.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with treasury or cash management responsibilities preferred.

CPA designation preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Experience with NetSuite or SAP is highly desirable.

Experience with treasury management, banking operations, cash forecasting, or working capital management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Experience driving process improvements and financial automation initiatives.
