Lending Manager
Full time/ permanent
Hybrid working available after probation
up to 35k basic plus bonus
Role Purpose:
To manage all new mortgage loan applications through to completion. This will be achieved through establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all internal & external stakeholders, learning and understanding lender criteria, to deliver criteria updates to team members, managing case files, collecting and assessing all loan requirements, collecting signed offers and instructing solicitors.

· Maintain excellent product and criteria knowledge

· To liaise with team leader on all case issues

Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required
· Previous experience of working in a regulated or specialist finance environment advantageous
· Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Collection and assessment of all supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
· Ability to gain understanding of Product knowledge and/or regulation
· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal including superb telephone manner
· Stakeholder management - relationship building with internal and external partners by maximising every interaction
· Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and understanding of TCF
· Working to a high degree of accuracy
· Ability to work with multiple systems
· Excellent literary and numerical Skills
· A track record of market engagement within development sector
· Experience in assessing funding structures to find the best lender for the project
· Committed to providing world class customer service.
· Experience working for a development finance lender or packager desirable.
