MITA 'Multi-Industry Training Awards' is a newly formed Ofqual regulated Awarding Organisation gearing up to provide class-leading qualifications to MOT training providers and MOT testers across the UK.
Using industry knowledge and experience coupled to an understanding of our learner base to deliver refreshing and enlightening qualifications to an industry keen to evolve.
This role is all about your personality... and thanks to incredible growth of our web-based products, we are seeking some cool, caring, articulate people to join the support and product engagement team.
Position: Client Support
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Crawley
Hours: Part time - Flexible hours for the right candidate
NO WEEKENDS (well actually if you want to work weekends then probably some clients would love you!)
Holidays: 28 Days per annum (Includes bank holidays)

What you need:
- Organised, process driven and analytical.
- Effective communication skills: you love speaking to people and are a natural net-worker
- Comfortable with basic sales and customer engagement
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Assertive and patient – NOT PUSHY
- Data collection and analysis skills
- Genuine, caring, and empathetic
- Knowledge of the motor trade (not essential as you will be trained on everything you need to know)
What you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with existing clients; helping them make better and full use of the products they have paid for and not using to its full capacity.
- Supporting the team with reporting and analysis
- Manage incoming enquiries, by email and phone in a friendly and patient manner

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
