Job description:
We are currently recruiting for a chef de partie to join our growing team.
The ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 year’s experience working in a busy kitchen
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Have a good understanding of kitchen operations
- Have a good understanding of food safety & Haccp procedures
Duties will include:
- Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained to a high standard
- Following cleaning scheduled as set out by the business
- To ensure all equipment is cleaned and returned to the appropriate area
