We are seeking a Productivity Business Partner to support on-account teams in realising maximum efficiency across their operations.
This role will ensure that productivity performance is visible, reliable and actionable through accurate data capture, reporting and analysis.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can work across a matrix environment, engaging with operations performance colleagues, account leaders, programme managers, SMEs and frontline teams.
The role requires strong analytical capability, operational credibility and the ability to influence and collaborate at multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate data capture and reporting to enable reliable productivity insights
- Audit and diagnose gaps between agreed productivity standards and on-site delivery
- Support the development and execution of corrective action plans with operational stakeholders
- Drive consistent ways of working through training, coaching and frontline engagement
- Track progress and report outcomes, including risks, milestones and financial benefits
- Provide measurement and maintenance support to productivity programmes
- Conduct physical audits to validate data and performance baselines
- Liaise and influence across matrix teams to embed productivity improvements
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong analytical capability with operational credibility
- Demonstrable interpersonal and influencing skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across multiple levels of the business
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Understanding of project management
