About the Role
Working closely with our General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting and inspiring the team while ensuring every guest receives the warm, attentive service that Panoramic 34 is known for.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and helping maintain the high standards expected of a restaurant operating at AA Rosette level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Creating a positive, professional, and motivating environment for the team.
- Ensuring service runs smoothly and consistently to the highest standards.
- Assisting with team training, coaching, and development.
- Building genuine relationships with guests and handling feedback with confidence and care.
- Supporting rota management, stock control, and daily operational duties.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Acting as a role model for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory or management experience within a fine dining restaurant.
- Understands the standards and attention to detail required in an AA Rosette environment.
- Is a natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating others.
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Leads from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to every shift.
- Has excellent communication skills and a calm approach under pressure.
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
