SC Clearance Required Contract role
Synapri are looking to speak to experienced SC Cleared Delivery Managers as one of our consulting customers are on the hunt for someone to join a major Defence programme, leading the delivery and evolution of a modern Software Factory capability.
This role will focus on delivering secure software engineering environments, DevSecOps toolchains, CI/CD capabilities and digital engineering solutions that support software development across a highly regulated environment.
Duration: Initial 6 months
Location: Hybrid in West London
Rate: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of Software Factory products and services.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, backlogs and priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across software engineering toolchains and environments.
- Ensure delivery aligns with quality, security and regulatory standards.
- Support vendor management, technology evaluations and service improvements.
Skills required:
- Proven experience delivering complex software engineering or digital engineering programmes.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, software lifecycle management and Software Factory environments.
- Experience within Defence, Aerospace or another regulated industry.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Active SC Clearance (essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role within defence or aerospace, preferably in digital engineering or product lifecycle management
