We're Nev and Tanvi, the founders of Rise Dental & Medical and we're opening a new premium private dental and medical clinic in Chelmsford this September
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated aesthetics doctor to join our core team on a self-employed, part-time basis. You should be confident in working autonomously.
The Role
This role is designed to work around your current commitments. We are flexible on working patterns and ideally expect 2-3 half days per week, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
That said, we understand that flexibility goes both ways, so we're happy to discuss and agree on a schedule that works well for both sides.
Pay
Profit share of 30-40%, depending on experience and your current patient base / social media presence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out patient consultations and creating bespoke treatment plans
- Performing injectable treatments including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, and other advanced aesthetic procedures (appropriate to your competency)
- Delivering skin treatments including microneedling and PRP
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Conducting follow-up appointments
- Supporting stock management and stock ordering
- Be happy to collaborate in creating and sharing educational content, success stories, and promotional campaigns to attract new clients through social media.
Requirements
- Active GMC registration
- Postgraduate aesthetics training, ideally Level 7 or equivalent
- Treatment portfolio
- Postgraduate dermatology qualifications ( desirable)
- Strong social media presence ( desirable)
