We’re growing our production team at JRS Industrial Supplies, and we’re looking for someone to join us as an Embroidery Framer — a key role within our embroidery department.
No experience? No problem.
We’re looking for the right attitude, and we’ll provide full training.
What does the role involve?
As an Embroidery Framer, you’ll play a vital role in preparing garments for embroidery, supporting our operators, and ensuring finished products meet our high standards.
· Preparing garments and checking orders match customer requirements
· Framing garments correctly for embroidery machines
· Supporting operators to keep production running smoothly
· Removing frames, trimming threads, and finishing garments to a high standard
· Carrying out quality checks before dispatch
· Packing completed orders ready for shipping
Shift Patterns
Shift 1 (Days):
· Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
· Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
Shift 2 (Back Shift):
· Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
· Friday: 12:00 – 18:00
What we’re looking for
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to follow instructions and work at pace
· Good teamwork and communication skills
Bonus (not essential):
· Interest in sewing, textiles, garment production, curtain making, or upholstery
· Any experience working with fabrics or in a production environment
