Role Overview
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting and leading elements of
the wider Project team with the end-to-end execution of brand experiences across the Fables and Fire service offering. You will act as a driving force in keeping projects on track,
supporting senior team members, and ensuring exceptional delivery.
Contract: Full time
Location: Remote with 1 day in the Liverpool office every Thursday.
Main Responsibilities
● Project Delivery: Support and drive the end-to-end delivery of projects across a range
of brand experience channels including live, virtual, and digital, using agency best
practices.
● Meeting Coordination: Lead the planning and coordination of internal and external
meetings, including project status updates, client meetings, and internal/external
post-event evaluation debriefs.
● Documentation & Admin: Support the wider production team by managing all aspects
of project documentation, including taking notes for and maintaining contact reports,
managing supplier booking forms, and owning the master project status document.
● Information Security: Ensure all project documentation, data, and contractual
information is meticulously maintained in line with company information security
requirements.
● Supplier Management: Support the selection, negotiation, and appointment of
third-party suppliers, demonstrating a solid understanding of the Fables and Fire and
wider industry supplier network.
● Venue Sourcing: Maintain an active, up-to-date knowledge of suitable venues,
ensuring comprehensive information is gathered and analyzed for client briefs.
● Pitch Support: Support the Project and Client Services teams in live pitches and
external meetings, showing the confidence to undertake a key presentation or
organisational role.
● Quality Control: Take responsibility for proofreading documents, ensuring flawless
spelling, grammar, and formatting before client submission.
● Industry & Client Awareness: Maintain an active commercial awareness of current
clients, their sectors, and competitor landscapes.
● Client Relations: Supporting the team to maintain positive, trusted working
relationships with clients, upholding swift response times and demonstrating a
solution-driven approach to challenges.
● Team Collaboration: Consistently demonstrate a positive, approachable, and
leadership-focused attitude toward other team members.
● Systems & Processes: Demonstrate a solid understanding, adherence to, and
championship of Fables and Fire processes, procedures, and internal management
systems.

Experience & Requirements
Essential
● A minimum of 1 year of experience working within an agency environment
(experiential, live events, creative, or communications).
● Valid driving licence
Desirable
● Experience of working in an agency environment offering strategy, creative, comms,
content, and engagement services.
● Experience delivering projects in both B2B and B2C landscapes.
● Experience working across any of our key industry sectors (e.g., Tech, Automotive,
Finance & Professional Services, Retail, FMCG).
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
