Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining bathroom fixtures and components to ensure high-quality results that meet safety standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install bathroom fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, and accessories using hand tools and power tools.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately execute installation plans.
- Perform plumbing tasks including connecting water supply lines, drainage systems, and ensuring leak-free connections.
- Use welding skills when necessary to secure metal fixtures or components.
- Conduct heavy lifting of bathroom units and materials safely to transport items into position.
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout the project.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of installations while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and levels.
- Experience with power tools including drills, saws, and grinders for precise work.
- Strong plumbing knowledge for connecting water lines and drainage systems effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge related to fixtures, fittings, and basic building systems.
- Ability to perform welding when required for metal fixture installation or repairs.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating material needs accurately.
- Carpentry skills for framing or modifying structures as needed during installations.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained manual work in various environments.
- Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
- Assembly experience to efficiently put together bathroom units or furniture components.
