Predator Marine Limited is expanding and is looking for motivated, reliable and safety-focused Deckhands to join our professional marine operations team.

The Role
As a Deckhand, you will support the Vessel Master in the safe and efficient operation of company vessels while ensuring the highest standards of safety, maintenance and professionalism are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with vessel operations and deck duties.
- Mooring, towing and cargo handling.
- Assisting with passenger transfers where required.
- Vessel cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping.
- Carrying out daily safety checks and assisting with routine maintenance.
- Supporting the Skipper during marine operations.
- Working closely with clients and project teams.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants should hold:
- ✅ STCW Basic Safety Training
- ✅ RYA Powerboat Level 2 (PB2)
- ✅ Valid ENG1 Medical
- ✅ Short Range Certificate (SRC)
- ✅ Small Ships Navigation & Radar
- ✅ Small Ships Radar & Meteorology
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- AEC1 (Approved Engine Course 1)
- Previous commercial marine experience
- Offshore wind, survey vessel, crew transfer vessel (CTV) or workboat experience
- Waterjet propulsion experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Flexible approach to working patterns, including occasional travel and working away from home

Location
