The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Head of E-Commerce to join our talented Sales and Marketing team.We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
In the role of Head of E-Commerce, your key focus will be to:

look after website development: devise strategies, track conversion rates, oversee all content, maximise our positioning on sites

own all performance channels (Google, Facebook, display, retargeting etc.) and collaborate with third-party websites

plan and design, manage trigger campaigns, co-ordinate and manage data capture, maintain clean segmented database

manage the relationship with third-party websites, and support Director of Revenue Management in updating rates and inventory allocations, always ensuring rate parity is maintained

lead a team of two professionals

plan and control digital marketing budgets, circulate reports to relevant departments and use Adobe and Google Analytics
Do you have? -

previous experience in an E-Commerce role, at a similar level
-
previous experience of hotels and hospitality

working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks), Web Languages (HTML), Google and Adobe Analytics

previous experience of social media advertising

previous experience of leading and managing small- to mid-size sales teams
