Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen. This is a hands-on role supporting the chef and helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Duties Include
- Assisting the chef with basic kitchen preparation
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Receiving and organising deliveries
- General kitchen porter duties and support during service
- Ensuring hygiene standards are consistently maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Kitchen Porter or in a professional kitchen
- Hard-working, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Flexible attitude and willingness to help with all general kitchen duties
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
