We are currently seeking passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa & Wellbeing Therapists to join our growing Glasgow team.

About the Role
As a Spa & Wellbeing Therapist, you will deliver exceptional treatments and personalised wellness experiences while creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.
You will work within a supportive and high-performing team focused on excellence, wellbeing, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face and body treatments to the highest professional standards
- Carry out thorough guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Create personalised and memorable guest experiences
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa
- Support smooth day-to-day spa operations and guest flow
- Promote treatments, memberships, and retail products confidently and professionally
- Work collaboratively with the wider spa and wellbeing team
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
- Support achievement of spa KPI targets through guest engagement and upselling
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised industry certifications
- Previous experience within a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong massage and treatment knowledge
- Passion for holistic wellbeing and guest care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
