This role is ideal for someone looking for an entry point into the construction industry. No roofing or construction experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to travel to sites across the UK.
The Role
As a Trainee Roofer / Roofing Labourer, you will work as part of an experienced flat roofing team on projects nationwide. You will be fully trained on the job and supported as you develop practical skills within the roofing trade.
Your key focus will be to support the team on site while learning the fundamentals of flat roofing, safety procedures, and working at height.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting experienced roofers on flat roofing projects
- Assisting with materials, site preparation, and general labouring duties
- Learning safe working practices, including working at height
- Working away across the UK during the week when required
- Being part of a reliable, professional, and hardworking team
