Are you a qualified electrician looking for the next step in your career? Perhaps you're ready to move away from the demands of site work but still want to use your technical knowledge to make a real impact.
We're looking for a Technical Design & Survey Engineer to join our growing renewable energy team. This is an exciting office-based role where you'll combine your electrical expertise with innovative design software, customer engagement, and technical problem-solving to help deliver high-quality Solar PV and renewable energy solutions.

- Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and installation teams throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Ensure all system designs comply with current electrical standards, MCS requirements, and DNO regulations.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone with strong electrical knowledge who enjoys solving technical challenges and wants to build a long-term career in renewable energy.
You will ideally have
- Qualified Electrician status (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience carrying out electrical installations and interpreting electrical systems.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering quality work.
