About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Multi-Store Manager to oversee two permanent locations alongside our seasonal London Christmas Market operation.
This is an operational leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving standards, profitability, team development and customer experience across multiple sites.
Unlike traditional area management roles, you'll be expected to spend a significant proportion of your time working within the business. By supporting management shifts and assisting during peak trading periods, you'll help maintain operational standards while offsetting labour costs across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of two permanent stores and one seasonal London operation.
- Coach and develop Assistant Managers.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor control and operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, labor costs, stock control and food quality.
- Support recruitment, training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards.
- Lead seasonal site mobilisation and operations for London Christmas Market.
- Support new site openings as the business continues to expand.
Operational Expectations
This is not a desk-based position. You will be expected to:
- Work operationally within stores on a regular basis.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy trading periods.
- Cover management shifts where required.
- Reduce agency and management labour costs by providing hands-on operational support.
- Lead by example and maintain high standards across every site.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing high-volume hospitality operations.
- Multi-site management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Willing to travel regularly, including seasonal work in London.
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
