Pay & Benefits
- £14.75 per hour – weekdays (7am–7pm)
- £16.85 per hour – evenings (from 7pm) & weekends
- Enhanced bank holiday rates
- 35p per mile paid travel
- 12–20 hours per week (depending on your availability and client needs)
- 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)

- Paid induction, shadowing & ongoing training
Your Availability
We’re looking for people who are available for a selection of the following:
- Mornings: 8:30am–2:30pm
- Evenings: 4:30pm–9:30pm
- Alternate weekends: either 8:30am–2:30pm or 4:30pm–9:30pm
Areas we cover
We support clients in their own homes in:
Wokingham, Winnersh, Woodley, Earley, Shinfield & Twyford
The role
- Promoting independence
- Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
- Providing meaningful support
- Supporting clients living with dementia and other conditions
- Assisting with personal care
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Helping with light housework
- Providing medication support

- Live locally (Wokingham / Woodley / Twyford areas)
