We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new supported living home in Grimsby, due to open in October 2026.
We are looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our expanding team.
Available Positions
Waking Night Support Workers (20:00 – 08:00)
- 2 × Part Time Positions – 24 hours per week (two 12-hour shifts)
- 1 × Full Time Position – 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts)
Shifts will be worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays. Successful applicants must be fully flexible and willing to work additional shifts to cover annual leave and sickness where required.
Job Description
Please note that we are unable to offer Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship for this role. Therefore, you must already have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship for your application to be considered.
Aspects Care Ltd supports adults with complex learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs, dementia and behaviours that may challenge.
Our new home will provide high-quality, person-centred support, enabling individuals to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, respect and inclusion.
As a Support Worker you will play an important role in supporting people to achieve their goals whilst ensuring their safety, wellbeing and quality of life.
Duties will include
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Administering medication following company procedures.
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
- Encouraging independence and community participation.
- Supporting with activities and appointments.
- Preparing meals and assisting with cooking.
- Completing cleaning, laundry and other household tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.
Waking Night Support Workers
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will remain awake throughout your shift to provide overnight support, carry out regular welfare checks, complete required documentation and respond appropriately to any needs that arise during the night.

Previous experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities or mental health needs is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
We will also support successful applicants to complete nationally recognised Health and Social Care qualifications.
Recruitment Checks
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Provide satisfactory employment references.
- Complete an Enhanced DBS check (including an Adults Barred List check) or provide an Enhanced DBS Update Service certificate suitable for the role.
- Demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
