An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering South Dartford and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 per annum.
Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance.

- Up to 7 jobs per day
Duties Include
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Completing a variety of multi-trade works including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating
- Repairing and replacing doors, locks, kitchens, skirting boards, architraves, sanitaryware, tiles and other general building components
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
- Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
You Will Be Supplied With
You Must
- Have experience working within social housing properties
- Be qualified or time-served in a relevant trade
- Be competent across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and basic plastering
- Provide your own basic hand and power tools
- Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app; BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
- Be reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Hold a full UK driving licence
