What We're Looking For
Essential
✔ Registered healthcare professional with a active and valid NMC UK Adult Pin
✔ Leadership experience within a healthcare setting
✔ Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety
✔ Proven experience developing, coaching and supporting clinical teams
✔ Ability to travel across multiple regional sites
Desirable
✔ Experience within sexual and reproductive healthcare
✔ Multi-site leadership experience
✔ Experience leading service improvement and change management initiatives
