You should have the capabilities to take our front of house/food operation to the next level.

Experience in a similar senior roles is essential.
MIXOLOGIST... Experience: 2+ years in high-volume cocktail bars. Knowledge: Deep understanding of spirits and mixology techniques. Skills: Fast pouring and excellent multitasking. Attitude: Engaging personality with strong communication. Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends.
BRASSERIE DUTY MANAGER & GENERAL SUPERVISOR ... Essential Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a busy, customer-facing hospitality environment. Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) and digital table reservation systems. Proven ability to handle the pressure of high-turnover weekend service.
