Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Property Viewing Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves showcasing properties to prospective clients, providing detailed information, and ensuring a positive viewing experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Previous administrative experience and multilingual capabilities are advantageous but not essential. The successful applicant will play a vital role in facilitating property sales and rentals by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the viewing process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and answering questions effectively
- Prepare properties for viewings by ensuring they are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Provide detailed information about properties, neighbourhoods, and relevant market data to clients
- Maintain accurate records of viewings, client feedback, and follow-up actions in the company’s database
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and other team members to schedule viewings efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing viewing schedules, updating listings, and managing client correspondence
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel valued and well-informed throughout their property search
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple viewings and maintain accurate records
- Professional demeanour with a friendly yet professional approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential; flexibility to travel between properties is advantageous
