No.43 Wine Bar is an independent wine bar / bistro in Worcester serving quality wines, beer, artisan pizzas, sharing boards and light bites in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
We are looking for a Kitchen Lead who wants more than just another kitchen job.
Our food offering is already established, but we're looking for someone with ideas who can help develop the menu, introduce seasonal specials and take ownership of the kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard
- Develop menu ideas and seasonal specials
- Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships
- Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Monitor food costs and minimise waste
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality control
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an excellent customer experience
About You
- Experience as a Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Lead
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
- Creative, enthusiastic and organised
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Reliable, flexible and customer-focused
- Keen to contribute ideas and help shape the food offering

- Thurs - Sunday hours [occasional hours on other days for special events]
