Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
- Support the culinary team in cooking and serving as required during busy service periods.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with food safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
