Location: Penygroes, Llanelli SA14 7PW
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Driving: Full driving licence essential
Salary: £46,575 Per Annum
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager with drive passion, commitment and creativity to lead our specialist service in Penygroes. You will ensure high-quality care delivery, legal compliance, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and team-building skills are essential.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing staff in a social care setting
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and Class 1 business insurance.
- Excellent understanding of residential and domiciliary care best practice
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Compliance
- Demonstrable leadership experience in leading a large team whilst ensuring high standards of care are delivered to individuals with complex needs
- NVQ Level 5 or NVQ level 3 and or 4 with evidence of transferable skills from management role.
