We are seeking a motivated and organised Head Coach to lead our Step 7 First Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of team performance, training delivery, match preparation, and player development.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious coach looking to lead at non-league level and help shape the club’s future on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions (1–2 per week)
- Lead match-day activities warm-ups
- Support individual player development and progression
- Communicate effectively with players, assistants, and club officials
- Maintain discipline and uphold club standards and values
We are looking for someone who is:
- FA Level 1
- Experienced in grassroots or non-league football
- Strong in leadership, communication, and organisation
- Hours
