Are you an exceptional trainer who inspires people to be their very best?
We're not looking for someone who simply delivers PowerPoint presentations.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves developing people, builds confidence, brings energy into every classroom, and is passionate about raising standards of care.
If you're the sort of trainer whose delegates leave saying "that was the best training I've ever attended", we'd love to hear from you.
Why join us?
Home Instead Epsom & Dorking and Home Instead Sutton are part of a family-owned group of four Home Instead offices serving Surrey and South West London.
Every one of our offices is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)—an achievement held by only a small percentage of home care providers.
We're also recognised as one of the highest-performing groups within the Home Instead UK network, with an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and investing in our people.
We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional training.
