Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Porter to oversee operations during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities
- Monitor safety procedures and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer enquiries or concerns professionally, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular checks on premises to identify and address any issues or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and any maintenance requirements.
- Support staff in completing their duties, providing guidance and motivation as needed.
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Communicate effectively with day shift managers to relay important information regarding overnight activities.
Requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Good understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
- Ability to work independently during night hours, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or unexpected situations during the overnight shift. Pay: From £13.00 per hour
