MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Rate: £200 - profit sharing once a month
About Us
We are a growing property maintenance company working primarily with estate agents and property managers across London. We specialise in reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, void property works and refurbishment projects.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor who can not only carry out maintenance works but also assist with the day-to-day management of engineers, jobs and client requirements.
The Role
This is a hands-on position combining trade work with operational responsibility. You will be responsible for completing maintenance works while helping to manage engineers, allocate jobs and ensure service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of property maintenance works including:
- Carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Painting and decorating
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic tiling
- Property snagging and remedial works
- Manage and monitor jobs through PDA/mobile job management systems
- Allocate and coordinate works with engineers and subcontractors
- Conduct engineer check-ins throughout the day
- Ensure works are completed within agreed service level timeframes
- Complete site reports, photographs and job updates
- Attend engineer inspections and client visits where required
- Prepare basic quotations for additional works
- Liaise professionally with tenants, estate agents and property managers
- Assist with emergency call-outs when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property maintenance
- Strong multi-trade skillset
- Experience supervising engineers or subcontractors
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Comfortable using smartphones, PDA systems and job management software
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle required initially
- Own tools preferred
