We are looking for someone who is prepared to get involved in the business, visit roofing projects, capture content on-site, and create powerful marketing campaigns that generate real enquiries and sales.T
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing, advertising, social media presence, and lead generation.You will work both from our office and out on roofing projects, creating content that showcases our work and promotes the business across all digital platforms.This is a key position within the company, and we are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, brings ideas to the table, and is committed to helping grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise all Google Ads campaigns. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase leads and sales.
Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Visit roofing projects and jobs to capture professional photos and videos.
Create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook content, and YouTube Shorts. Produce voice-over and talkover videos highlighting completed projects.
Edit and publish content across all platforms. Create blog content and website updates.
Assist with SEO and website improvements. Monitor online reviews and customer engagement.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports. Build brand awareness and increase the company’s online presence.
Generate high-quality roofing leads through digital marketing campaigns. Identify new marketing opportunities to help grow the business.
Work closely with management to develop and implement growth strategies.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must: Have proven experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Have strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Be highly confident with IT systems, software, and digital platforms.
Have experience creating, editing, and publishing video content. Be confident filming, presenting, and directing content creation when required.
Have experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube content. Be highly organised and capable of working independently.
Be hardworking, reliable, and extremely productive. Be willing to learn and continuously improve.
Have excellent communication skills. Be confident travelling to roofing projects and customer sites.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.⸻
Licence & Transport Requirements
A full UK driving licence is essential.The successful candidate will regularly travel to roofing projects across York and surrounding areas to capture photos, videos, customer testimonials, and project progress content.
Experience with photography and videography equipment is highly desirable.⸻
Preferred Skills
Experience working within the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry. SEO knowledge.
Website management experience. Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Photography and videography skills. Content creation and video editing expertise.
Proven experience generating leads through digital marketing. Experience growing business accounts across multiple social media platforms.
