SALON MANAGER – TAN ALLURE
We’re looking for a confident, motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join the Tan Allure team.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who loves working with people, leads from the front and knows how to get the very best out of a team.
THE ROLE
As Salon Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring we deliver exceptional standards across customer service, sales, cleanliness and team performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and supporting the salon team
Driving sales and working towards daily & monthly targets
Coaching staff on sales, products and customer service
Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover
Monitoring individual and salon performance
Maintaining excellent salon standards at all times
Ensuring company procedures and safety policies are followed
Handling customer queries professionally
Training and supporting new team members
Creating a positive, motivated and high-performing team environment
Leading by example and being hands-on within the salon

Previous management or supervisory experience within beauty, tanning, retail, hospitality or another target-driven environment is essential.
