HSEQ Manager – Lead Safety, Quality & Environmental Excellence
Ready to shape and drive a high‑performing HSEQ culture? We’re looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to take ownership of my client's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems across their busy manufacturing operations. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering the chance to influence strategy and make a real impact.
The Role
As the HSEQ Manager, you’ll lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all HSEQ processes across one site. You’ll champion best practice, ensure compliance with national regulations and ISO standards, and embed a proactive safety and quality culture throughout the organisation.
Your remit will include:
- Health & Safety: Policies, risk assessments, investigations and legal compliance.
- Environmental Management: Sustainability initiatives, waste and emissions compliance, and environmental awareness.
- Quality Management: Oversight of ISO 9001 systems, audits, NCRs, CAPAs and process improvement.
- VCA Compliance: Documentation, audits and internal training.
- Leadership: Coaching teams, delivering training, and liaising with clients, auditors and regulators.

About You
You’re an experienced HSEQ professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Essential:
- Proven HSEQ experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
- Audit, risk assessment and quality investigation experience.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
Desirable:
- Experience in modular or construction‑related manufacturing.
- CSP or similar accreditation.
- Background in continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
