Kerr's Tyres started as one man's idea, to run tyre and auto centres properly, treat customers and colleagues right, and the rest follows. Norman Kerr had that idea over twenty years ago, and he's still leading the business today. What's new is the backing, fresh investment to take that same model and scale it across Ireland and the UK.

Why so many roles at once?
Fair question. We're opening new ground faster than at any point in our history, and we'd rather have the right people in place before the next centre opens than scramble afterwards.

What you'll do
- Lead and motivate your team to hit daily targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage budgets, stock and costs to keep the centre profitable
- Recruit, train and develop your team as we grow
- Keep the centre safe, compliant and well presented
What you'll earn
Base salary of £51,000, reviewed annually as we grow, with on target earnings of £69,000 once bonus is included.
Plus a bonus, paid monthly in arrears, against clear monthly targets: hit 110% of target and you earn £500 that month, hit 120% and that rises to £1,500. Keep hitting 120% consistently and that's £18,000 in bonus across the year, a realistic £69,000 in total for centre managers performing at the top of the range. We'll show you exactly how it's calculated, and back you with regular coaching so hitting it is realistic, not theoretical.
Where it can take you
From Centre Manager, then Area Manager, then Regional leadership. That's what more sites actually means, more manager roles, sooner than at a business that isn't opening new centres.
The extras
- A guaranteed 46-hour contracted week, 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays, with no late evenings, no Saturday afternoons and no Sundays
- A structured four-week onboarding programme, so you're welcomed, trained and set up to succeed from day one
- 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays
- An additional day's annual leave for every 2 years of service, up to a maximum of 3 days

What you'll bring
- Leadership experience in a centre, workshop, retail or similar customer facing environment
- Comfortable using point of sale systems
- Confidence managing budgets and targets
- A full driving licence is desirable
