Assistants(Bank shifts) required for Domestic and Housekeeping duties
Our care home is well-established in North Berwick, with good grades with the Care Inspectorate, and has great positive links to the local community.
We are looking for new members of our bank ancillary team to join us, and add their skills and personality to our homely and friendly environment.
You will have the ability to work with our housekeeping, kitchen and laundry team to cover shifts when our staff are on holiday, or are off sick, and your ability to be flexible will be your key to success as a member of our bank team.
Our housekeeping and laundry staff are at the heart of our successful service delivery, and support our managers and the care team to ensure that our residents are comfortable, very well cared for and happy.
There are great opportunities for training and the chance to undertake SVQ qualifications, and enhance your skills, and the opportunity for further employment as other opportunities open up within the home
PVG membership (Disclosure Scotland) essential
We would love to hear from you if you feel that you can contribute to the excellent service within our home, and experience of kitchen porter, domestic or laundry work would be especially advantageous. Experience:
- Cleaning in a hospital or care environment: 1 year (preferred)
