Working 1:1 with a student at risk of exclusion from their mainstream education, you will be the role model and Mentor they desperately need.
Able to fit your personal life and interests around the incredible work you will be doing, you will have a work/ life balance – with minimal travel involved.
Lexia Mentors are called upon to “intervene” where previous provisions have failed and positive, inspiring and relatable role models, are needed to engage these often ‘hard-to-reach’ young people.
The therapeutic aspects of sport and physical exercise allow our Mentors to find common ground and inspire this vulnerable group.

Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.
Long Term assignments pay between £109.50 – £130 per day (including £0.45 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £28,000 per annum.
