The Role
We are seeking an experienced Groundworker with a strong background in all aspects of groundwork. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking and capable of working to a high standard both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Kerbing
- Flagging and paving
- General groundwork
- Drainage works
- Excavation and site preparation
- Concrete works
- Pipe laying
- Operating small plant and tools (where qualified)
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
- Working efficiently to programme and quality standards
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in groundwork
- Experience in kerbing and flagging
- Valid CSR Card
- Registered under the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
- Self-employed
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work safely and as part of a team
