We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Prescribing Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team supporting adults with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and other common psychiatric presentations.

About the Role
You will play a key role in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients within our mental health service. Working closely with psychiatrists and patient support teams, you will provide safe, evidence-based prescribing and clinical care while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for adult patients with Psychiatrist oversight
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications within your scope of practice.
- Undertake medication reviews and therapeutic monitoring.
- Support patients through treatment initiation, optimisation, and follow-up.
- Identify and appropriately manage clinical risk.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with consultant psychiatrists and the wider clinical team.
- Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement.
What We're Looking For;
Essential
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC).
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Experience managing patients with common mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable
- Experience in private healthcare or digital healthcare services.
- Experience with ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, or other psychiatric clinics.
- Training in mental health assessment and risk management.
